Question: What is the best writing tip you've ever heard?
Do not go back every day and edit. Keep writing until the story is finished--and then edit. Of course, I go back a page or two to pick up the words and the mood, but I save any major edits until I write "THE END." The Ghost of Helen Caine had about 12 edits before I was satisfied and gave it to other people to read. Feedback is invaluable.
About Suzannah Zerfahs
I live in the UK, just outside London. I have four adult children and the most wonderful husband. We spend almost every day at our local garden centre café where we write our way from coffee to coffee. Perhaps that sounds dull to other people, but how many writers would love all those hours to write? It's what we do.
