Question: What is your greatest difficulty when writing fiction, and how do you overcome it?

My greatest difficulty when writing fiction is actually when I decide to read what I have written--and then I get this feeling that all I have written is crap, or doesn't make sense. And this feeling sometimes discourages me from continuing writing. Then I tell myself to keep going because if I don't keep going, I may never know the end of the story.
